Kristen Witt Breeze
Funeral for Kristin Witt Breeze, 45, Lawton, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Centenary United Methodist Church with Dr. Norma Quinn, senior pastor, and the Rev. Michael Oberlender, senior minister at First Christian Church, Chickasha, officiating.
Kristin was called to be with her Heavenly Father Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, in Oklahoma City.
Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under direction of Becker-Rabon Funeral Home.
Kristin Michelle Witt was born Feb. 1, 1968, in Weatherford, to Bob Witt and Kathie White Ogle. She grew up in Lawton, Chickasha and Duncan and was a 1986 graduate of Duncan High School. She attended Cameron University. She was a licensed hairstylist for over 25 years and at the time of her death worked at Salon One in Lawton. She married her soul mate, Rocky Breeze on April 6, 2013, in Lawton. She was a loving and caring mother to Payton and a devoted wife to Rocky. The times they had together were always an adventure. She was a joy to her family from the very beginning and she could light up a room with her infectious smile and her high-spirited personality. She loved her job, and cherished each and every one of her clients. She enjoyed making people feel well and look their best. She had many hobbies and interests which included gardening and taking care of and riding her horses. She dearly loved her little dog, Ziggy, and all of her many pets. Kristin attended Centenary United Methodist Church and had been baptized at the Parkview Christian Church in Chickasha.
She is survived by her husband, Rocky, of the home; a daughter, Payton Bryanna Calfy, of the home; her parents: Bob Witt and his wife Pamela, Chickasha; and Kathie Ogle and her husband Jerry, Lawton; a brother, Bryan Witt, Bethany; maternal grandmother, Margie White, Lawton; a stepsister, Amanda (Ogle) Hightower and her husband Greg, and their children, Elgin; her mother-in-law, Loreta Breeze, Lawton; and many treasured aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Kristin was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: James and Mildred Witt; maternal grandfather, Frank White; a stepbrother, Brandon Paty and her father-in-law, Odell Breeze.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Youth Fund at Centenary United Methodist Church, 704 SW D Ave., Lawton 73501.
The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
