Kemo Montique Newman Johnson a.k.a. Moe, 44, of Lawton, OK by way of Gary, IN passed at home, in Norman, OK on March 5, 2019. Born January 24, 1975 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Alicia Carson. Kemo was an independent contractor and Chef. Kemo enjoyed dancing, creating memories with family and friends, but most of all he enjoyed making people smile. He graduated class of 1994, from Wirt High School, Gary, Indiana. He married Andreah Martin-Johnson on August 19, 2010.

Aunts Anneretta Giron (Wayne Giron), Sylvia Johnson, Johnnie May Montgomery (James Montgomery); Uncle James Johnson (Debra Johnson); a host of cousins and other nieces, great nieces and nephews.
Kemo was preceded in death: little brother-Mychael L. Marshall, grandfather- Julius Milton Johnson, grandmother- Costello Johnson, Uncle- Julius Milton Johnson Jr., and Uncle- Ronald Van Johnson.
Visitation will be on Friday (March 15, 2019) at Whinery Huddleston Funeral Home from 5-8pm. Kemo’s Celebration of LIFE Ceremony will be held on Saturday (March 16, 2019) at 3:00 pm at the Museum of the Great Plains 601 NW Ferris Lawton, OK.
