Glendola Jean Faulk
ROOSEVELT Glendola Jean Faulk, 82, Roosevelt, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Roosevelt.
She passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014.
Burial will follow at Indiahoma Cemetery under the direction of Ray & Martha's Funeral Home of Hobart.
She was born to John and Cleda (Alexander) Hoxsey March 8, 1932, in Sorento, Illinois. After living in Florida for twenty-five years, she moved to Roosevelt, Oklahoma in 2000, where she lived the remainder of her life. Jean loved to go fishing, play bingo and also crochet. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Roosevelt, Oklahoma.
Survivors include her daughter, Janice Christian and husband Ed of Roosevelt; grandsons: Allen Barnes of Indiahoma and John Haney of Indiahoma; two granddaughters: Tara Smith of West Seneca, N.Y., and Kera Smith of Sodus, N.Y.; two great-grandsons: Riley Barnes of Roosevelt and Jim Haney of Indiahoma; three brothers: Robert Hoxsey of Donnellson, Ill., Melvin Hoxsey of Hillsboro, Ill. and William Hoxsey and wife Kathy of Girard, Ill.; and two sisters: Etta Massinelli of Staunton, Ill., and Nola DeWitt of Montgomery, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Lisa Kaye Smith.
