Memorial service for Donna Cricks will be 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, October 9, 2019 in the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Passmore pastor of First Baptist East officiating.
Donna Cricks, age 67, of Lawton, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019, unexpectedly in Lawton. She was born to the late George and Jesse Whetsell, October 12, 1951 in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Donna graduated from West Virginia University and received an associate’s degree in nursing. She married Donald Cricks and was blessed with two loving daughters, Brenda Stockdale, 46, of Lawton and Christel Fields, 41, of Noble. Donna is also survived by two grandsons, Jacob and Lucas Fields of Noble, one sister and brother-in-law, Mirriam and Anthony Costello of Kingwood, West Virginia, one nephew, Tony Teets of Morgantown, West Virginia, and one great niece, Hannah Teets of Morgantown, West Virginia. Donna was preceded in death by her oldest sister, Susan Teets of Kingwood, West Virginia.
Donna was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and family, even the furry ones, and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as “Granny” to her twin grandsons. She had a fun-loving and caring personality with a big heart. She was loved very much and will be greatly missed.
