Bernadine Angiel, 82, Lawton, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018, at her home in Lawton after a lengthy illness.
She was born Feb. 20, 1936, in Wilkes Barre, Pa., to William and Sarah Redenski. She grew up in Wilkes Barre and graduated from Hanover High School.
She married retired United States Air Force Master Sgt. Henry J. Angiel on Nov. 8, 1958. She enjoyed her life as a military homemaker and the opportunities to travel and see the world. She worked outside the home and attended college but preferred to dedicate her life to being a loving homemaker to her family.
She was an avid reader and creative soul who enjoyed cross stitching, knitting and crocheting. She loved making flower arrangements for family and friends. Her favorite craft was making custom Easter baskets and Christmas stockings for her grandchildren every year.
Bernadine is survived by her husband; their two sons and their families: James, his wife Betsy, their children Meagan, Jacob, Sarah, Nathan, Eli and Ben, all of Lawton; and Richard, his wife Lynn, their children Brian, Johnny and Kylie, all of Palm Bay, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William.
