Soldier found guilty, discharged
Pvt. 1st Class H. Cohen Baker was found guilty of violating Article 92, one specification of Article 120b and Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice following a general court-martial that convened Tuesday. The military judge reduced him to reduction in rank to E-1 and a bad conduct discharge.
Baker was charged with a sexual assault on a girl under the age of 16 and with possession of child pornography. He was also charged with failing to obey a lawful general regulation by wrongfully using the over-the-counter medications, coricidin and dramamine.
Baker was assigned to Headquarters Support Battery, 4th Battalion, 3rd Air Defense Artillery (ADA), 31st ADA Brigade.
