Retired Gen. Lee Baxter named Operation Homefront chair
Retired Maj. Gen. Lee Baxter has been named chairman of the board of directors of Operation Homefront.
Since 2002, Operation Homefront has worked to serve America’s military families in their time of need through a series of programs centered around relief, resiliency and recurring family support.
Baxter formerly served as commanding general of Fort Sill. After retiring from the Army in 2000, he began his own company, Signal Mountain Associates, Inc.
