Charges filed in city assault case
Three suspects accused of luring a Cache man to a house southeast of Lawton and beating him last week have been formally charged.
Christopher Fields, 18, Maleena Sullivan, 19, and Allen Anderson, 19, all appeared in Comanche County District Court Tuesday following arrests last week. Sullivan is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery while Fields and Anderson are charged with armed robbery.
Sullivan allegedly let 21-year-old Braylin Jenkins into the house she shared with Fields at 156 SE Sunnyside, around 8 p.m. June 4. According to court affidavits, Sullivan took some alcohol brought by the victim to the refrigerator while Fields struck Jenkins with a baseball bat. Anderson allegedly pointed a loaded shotgun at the victim and took his shoes, cash and a cell phone before the men loaded Jenkins into his truck and dumped him in a ditch several miles away.
