Salvation Army to screen film at Cameron about stress

At a time when self-care is a hashtag, and more open and honest conversations about stress and toxic behavior are happening, early childhood stress and trauma are being closely examined by researchers, scientists and activists.

In an effort to educate the public about the science of adverse childhood experiences, The Potts Family Foundation, The Salvation Army and Cameron University’s Psychology Department have joined together to host a free film screening of the award-winning film “Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope.”
