Kiowa Casino opens in Carnegie
CARNEGIE The newest Kiowa Casino is open in Carnegie and is ready to fulfill dreams of riches for lucky patrons.
Callie Singh, director of marketing, said the Carnegie location opened less than two weeks ago and interest from the community and surrounding area has already been strong.
"The first day we were open, we had people coming from Hobart and Altus and that area," she said. "We had some up here from Lawton too. Everyone wanted to come and check us out."
Located on Oklahoma 9 just inside the east city limits of Carnegie, the new building is hard to miss. Inside, it features 117 slot machines for players to enjoy, along with a cafe and dining area. The machines run the gamut from old classics up to the latest and most visually stimulating. Singh said players should find something they like inside.
"We have some names that are very reminiscent of the old play around here," she said. "We also have a lot of new games that some people might not have seen before."
This is the first casino in Carnegie in many years and the third casino the Kiowa tribe has built in the area.
