Ink flows, events unfold at tattoo convention
The ink began flowing Friday at the Apache Casino Hotel Event Center. It’s not going to stop until tonight.
That means you still have every opportunity to feel the ink flow into your skin and into your psyche while checking out the final day of this year’s Inkin’ Oklahoma Tattoo Convention. There’s a lot to see and experience.
Aaron “Nooch” Antonucci has been busy running the operation. Tattoo artist at Evolution Ink in Fayetteville, Ark., he is the promoter of Inkin’ — the series of conventions throughout the country. From interviews to logistics, the tall artist said “it never ends” regarding connecting the dots.
Inside the event center, those dots formed to make a strong picture of the skin and ink world’s impact in Lawton. Mark Hose and artists from Lawton’s Impact Ink, event co-sponsors, prepped for a flow of customers to follow.
