Kids seek out their own great pumpkin in Cyril
CYRIL — Pumpkins are used for more than spice flavorings at Jahn’s Pumpkin Hill.
The Caddo County fall tourism destination enters its 14th year providing Southwest Oklahoma with pumpkins, fun and a little agriculture education. Mary Jahn, owner, said there might not be a whole lot of visible changes at this year’s pumpkin hill, they’ve made many improvements in the off season.
“We didn’t really make a whole lot of changes,” she said. “We added some goats and some hair sheep. Mainly, what we did was improve some things. We got some new tricycles and some new wagons for the kids. We’ve improved the slide. We tried to clean things up a bit. The biggest thing is we have a whole lot of pumpkins this year.”
