Comanche Boy to resume career
OKLAHOMA CITY Star Boxing's Popular world rated professional boxer, 'Comanche Boy' George Tahdooahnippah (32-1, 24 KO) returns to the ring Friday in Xtreme Fight Night 19 as the boxing main event at the Grand Casino Hotel Resort in Shawnee.
Xtreme Fight Night combines world class boxing, MMA, and Championship Kickboxing on the same night. 'Comanche Boy' will be facing dangerous knockout artist, Codale 'Crunchtime' Ford who competes as a professional boxer, kickboxer, and MMA fighter with a total of 27 fights.
Ford has devastating power in both hands and is looking to make a name for himself in boxing by upsetting Tahdooahnippah.
Tahdooahnippah said, "I am happy to be fighting at the Grand Casino in Shawnee. I know Codale Ford is a tough guy with some pop in his punches, but I am too strong and his will is unmatched to mine. I will win and win big! I will perform in the ring and bring with me the best ring entrance boxing has ever seen!"
'Comanche Boy' and Codale Ford are scheduled for six rounds. On Jan. 24, Tahdooahnippah stopped rugged veteran, Marteze Logan with a body shot in the fourth round of their bout, and is looking forward to opening his summer with an impressive win. The event is promoted by Dale "Apollo" Cook with special guest, former UFC legend, Matt Hughes.
