Funeral for Judith Patnode, 55, Lawton, will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, 2017, in Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.
Judith Patnode passed away on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at her home.
She was born June 26, 1962, in Langenau, Germany, to Adolf and Theresa Koch. She married Dennis Patnode on April 2, 1982, in Neu Ulm, Germany.
Judith was a loving, supportive, and proud military wife, mother and grandmother. She continued to serve the military long after her husband retired from active duty. She worked the last 13 years at Leonard Studio at Fort Sill, photographing and processing portraits for new Army recruits, work of which she was most proud.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis of the home; their three children: son, Benjamin Patnode of Colorado Springs, Colo., daughter, Rebecca Patnode of Lawton, and son, Steven Patnode and daughter-in-law Heather of Lawton; daughter-in-law, Alicia Webster of Cache; three grandchildren: Jacob Patnode, Joshua Patnode and Reagan Patnode; her brother, Uwe Koch; and mother, Theresa Koch, both of Langenau, Germany.
She was preceded in death by her father, Adolf Koch.
