A private memorial service was held for Andrew Beamesderfer in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.
Mr. Beamesderfer passed away Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 37.
He was born Jan. 9, 1981, in Lawton, to Richard and Julie Beamesderfer. He graduated from Richland Hills High School in Richland Hills, Texas, in 1999.
He liked running with his dog Shelby, scuba diving, body building and cooking. He worked as an electrician and would travel to Florida to work and enjoy the ocean.
Andy was the type of person who never met a stranger. He loved people and would help anyone in need. He dealt with personal difficulties but continued to look to God to help resolve his problems.
Andy is survived by his son, Chade Alyn Hogan of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers: Erich and his wife Cheryl of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Matthew and his wife Mincie of Lawton; his mother, Julie Sommerhauser and her husband Dan of Panama City Beach, Fla.; his father, Richard Beamesderfer and wife Saundra of Lawton; a brother, Brian Bullard and wife Erica of Duncan; a nephew, Wyatt Beamesderfer of Lawton; a niece, Sydney Bullard of Duncan; and his beloved grandmother, "Oma" Trautlinde Beamesderfer of Lawton.
